Initial Meeting FOC

This is a 'no obligation' first meeting in which I can discuss client requirements, budget and the level of involvement the client wishes to have.
If, after this point the client does not wish to proceed, our policy is not to hound you, just to let you test the water...

Design Fee

The next stage is the level of involvement the client requires.

Level 1 Commission £50.00 per room

Should the client need ' a little help' then I  can provide the  basics to get the client started on the right foot...

A  professional floorplan is then produced incorporating any existing furniture. I then work around ideas for the colour scheme, lighting and practicalities of the room and make a note of any internal changes that may have to be made (i.e plug sockets, wall lights, plumbing etc).

I then leave you to do your own thing...

Level 2 Commission £350.00 per room

The most popular level!! 

I get much more  involved at this stage.

I will do all of the hard work for you by sourcing all fabrics, floor and wall coverings, acquisition of paint samples and brochures as well as the floorplan and room survey plans.  At his point you can implement the sample board I give you yourself and all of material and drawings I provide will guide you through the work which needs to be carried out.

Level 3 Commission  £800 per room

This level lets me do the 'dirty work' and takeover and transform your room for you.  The client at this stage can have whatever input they choose. 
 
The design fee basically covers everything , the co-ordination of contractors (which I can recommend and source) plus the design and furnishing of the room down to the last detail (knives and forks if necessary)!!

Payment of Account

A design fee deposit of 50% is payable before engagement and the remainder payable upon delivery of any plans or sample boards left with the client.  The designs remain the ownership of the company until this time.

Immediate payment will be required for any fabrics, wall coverings, furniture and lighting commissioned by the client after approval. Detailed quotations of these will be presented before purchase.

Any additional fees that may have accrued during the course of the design will be discussed with the client before the work is carried out  (ie special courier deliveries etc)...
